USA Ninja Challenge is a year-round obstacle course training program that combines basic skill sets from gymnastics, climbing, cross-training, and track & field. The sport of Ninja is quickly becoming the most fun and creative way to meet the physical needs of today’s kids! USA Ninja Challenge is open to boys and girls ages 2.5 to 17.
Our class program has 6 levels to master with a wide variety of progressions, drills, and challenges. Ninjas who demonstrate their mastery of skills advance to the next level of training. Each Ninja progresses according to their own abilities. The purpose of the program is to build children’s self-esteem, confidence, and sense of accomplishment, one obstacle at a time.

Aman is the Owner and Lead Trainer at USA Ninja Challenge – Dublin and a firm believer that physical fitness is just as important for today’s generation as mental well-being. Having stayed active for years he understands firsthand how movement builds strength, confidence, focus, and resilience. Aman is also a strong believer in the philosophy of Kaizen, or continuous improvement—an approach he brings into the gym and one he hopes his two boys, and every ninja, grow up practicing.
Aman is certified through the USA Ninja Challenge program and is deeply involved in the day-to-day development of lesson plans and gym operations. Behind the scenes, he works closely with the coaching team to design drills, review progressions, and build weekly lesson plans that keep classes engaging, appropriately challenging, and fun—while ensuring every ninja continues to grow week after week.
You’ll often find our lead instructor observing classes, fine-tuning progressions, supporting coaches, teaching classes and making sure each ninja is challenged at the right level. He also enjoys connecting with parents and learning about their goals for their children. He embodies our mission: to create an environment where kids feel supported, push past their limits, build grit, and leave every class tired, proud, and more confident than when they arrived.
